Rainbows after the rain...an inspirational poem

Whatever your cross, whatever your pain,
there will always be sunshine, after the rain ....

Perhaps you may stumble, perhaps even fall,
but God's always ready, to answer your call ...

He knows every heartache, sees every tear,
a word from His lips, can calm every fear ...

Your sorrows may linger, throughout the night,
but suddenly vanish, in dawn's early light ...

The Savior is waiting, somewhere above,
to give you His grace, and send you His love...

Whatever your cross, whatever your pain...
God always sends rainbows.... after the rain...

To get out of difficulty, one must usually go through it!

Thousands of candles...An inspirational quote by Buddha

Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle and the life of the candle will not be shortened.
Happiness never decreases by being shared.

New Addition in my OM/AUM Wallpaper Creations

What is the most difficult part in creating a wallpaper for me? For me every wallpaper should be enigmatic, at least to me. (I don't know how you feel about my creation, share with me guys n gals) Creating an enigmatic feeling with use of vivid and dark colors is difficult - most of the time, I don't know what I want and I keep doing random things and then something strikes - tells me YES, this is it!!!

Putting up a great quotation within wallpaper for little bit of inspiration is also difficult, there are thousands of quotes, and I am never sure which one to use with which wallpaper. That is also a random selection.

Someone asked me, why do I put copyright and Maulik Dave stuff in all my wallpapers? Well, it is just for little bit of a satisfaction that in this all infinite universe with infinite possibility and which I am only a tiny speck has contributed something which may be liked by others - which may release some negative energies from others - which may inspire someone a little....

Here I am again, sharing with you people my four new wallpapers on theme of Hindu symbol OM / AUM.

Quote : "It is good to have an END to journey toward; but it is the JOURNEY that matters, in the end."
Quote : "In action, just act. In thinking, just think, but above all, cease the agitation of your mind."
Quote : If you focus on your problems, your vision will vanish. But, if you focus on your vision, your Problems will vanish.
Quote : Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.

My Digital Wallpapers - OM

The sound of OM
Courtesy: wiki.answers.com

It was realized by the ancients that the closest thing to God that man could possibly conceive was the great Sun of our solar system. This great, most holy being was regarded by them as a Living Intelligence that was selflessly giving its every ethereal breath into the cosmos to assist countless life streams in their journey through evolution.

The OM or AUM represents the three qualities inherent in the Cosmic Vibration.

A - represents Creation
U - represents Preservation
M - represents Transmutation

These expressions of energy were symbolized in Vedic works as the triune Deities:

Brahma - Creation
Vishnu - Preservation
Siva - Transmutation

Now, this mantra when expressed through the human vocal system constitutes the generalized symbol of all other sounds. All articulated sounds - that is to say all words are produced in the space of the mouth and throat.

The larynx and the palate are used as sounding boards. When you pronounce - A; no part of the tongue or palate is touched. When you pronounce - U; the sound rolls from the very root to the end of the sounding board of the mouth. M - is the last sound which is produced by closing the two lips.

Thus, when properly pronounced, AUM represents the entire phenomena of sound production! Because of this it is regarded as the mother of all mantras and indeed all possible words.

Just as the sound of OM represents the four states of Brahman (absolute reality), the symbol OM written in Sanskrit also represents everything.

The material world of the waking state is symbolized by the large lower curve. The deep sleep state is represented by the upper left curve. The dream state, lying between the waking state below and the deep sleep state above, emanates from the confluence of the two. The point and semicircle are separate from the rest and rule the whole. The point represents the turiya state of absolute consciousness. The open semicircle is symbolic of the infinite and the fact that the meaning of the point can not be grasped if one limits oneself to finite thinking.

Below are my own creation of digital wallpapers for Hindu symbol OM. These again are created with Adobe Photoshop in 1024x768 dimension with quotes in each image. Click on image to enlarge

Quote : "N/A"
Quote : "The Beginning is the End"
Quote : All things are artificial, for nature is the art of God
Quote : Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer
Quote : If you do not understand my silence, you will not understand my words
Quote : .....and so I went silent.
Quote : Welcome to the God
Quote : Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take; but by the moments that take our breath away....
Quote : How did it get so late so soon? It's night before, it's afternoon. December is here before it's June. My goodness, how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon??????
Quote : The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it.
Quote : Let your soul control your destiny.
Quote : Arrows of heaven, spears of earth...
Quote : What is life for? To die? To kill myself at once? No, I am afraid. To wait for death until it comes? I fear that even more. Then I must live. But what for? In order to die? And I could not escape from the circle.
Quote : In spring, hundreds of flowers; in autumn, a harvestmoon; in summer, a refreshing breeze; in winter, snow will accompany you. If useless things do not hang in your mind, any season is a good season for you.
Quote : When the student is ready, the master appears. ~ Buddhist Proverb.

My Digital Wallpapers

When I am tired or feeling helpless or sometime when I do not have solution to a particular problem even after so much of efforts; I have to divert my mind to save it from blowing up. Creating a "Digital Art" is one of my favorite diversion technique. I am not an artist and I can not design a professional looking website. I know only little bit of Adobe Photoshop, and through that I create something which pleases my mind.

Most of the time when I create "Digital Art", it is a desktop wallpaper with a quotable quote. Followings are few of wallpapers I created using different versions of Adobe Photoshop. All images are of 1024 x 768 dimensions.
